MACARTHUR Rams soccer team coach Paul Carter is fuming over his team's 2-0 loss against APIA Leichhardt but not because of his boys' performances.
Carter said inconsistent decisions, three incidents in particular by officials, robbed the Rams of a share of the points in the NSW Premier League game.
He told the Advertiser on Monday that he felt ``ripped off''.
``The first incident in the first half was when an APIA player was screaming the F-word and did not get sent off,'' Carter said.
``Now, I don't agree with that rule but it is a rule.
``The official heard him but he wasn't sent off either it is a rule or it's not.''
Then, with 10 minutes left to play and the score locked at 0-0, Adam Wither was judged to have handled the ball inside his own penalty area.
``He headed the ball clear and there wasn't an APIA player near him but the ball seemed to have clipped his fingers,'' Carter said.
``The ball played him not the opposite it shouldn't have been a penalty.''
The third incident enraged Carter.
He was at a loss to reason how the official did not pull up the game for an infringement.
``One of their guys was flagged for handball and both teams stopped play,'' Carter said.
``But the referee waved play on. I couldn't believe it.
``You know, I've been genuine when we've been well beaten and I've said we've played badly, but this is hard to take when we had three incidents go against us and cost us a share of the points.''
The Rams will take on Penrith at Campbelltown Stadium, at 7.30pm on July 26, in their final, must-win home game in their bid to avoid relegation.
The final league game will be away against Manly on August 3.
