Dimitar Todorovski part-owns Antico Wood Fire Pizza in Struggletown, Harrington Park.

* What does Antico mean?

Antico was a little place in ancient times with Alexander the Great.

* What do you do outside work?

I like mountain climbing. I've been on two Mount Everest expeditions in 1989 and 1993. I've got some photos from the expeditions in my shop.

* Where did you climb from?

My first exhibition was a Macedonian expedition; my second was from Australia. When I came to Australia, it was much harder to organise.

* How were the trips?

The first expedition was a success. The second one had an accident and I lost two friends. One was a relative of Sherpa Tensing.

* How long have you worked in Narellan?

For two years. Before that I was in London, making pizza as well.

* Is it harder to climb Everest or run a small business?

It is harder to run a business. Lots of things are involved. If I'm on my busiest night and someone calls in sick, it's a major headache for me.

* What do you like about Narellan?

I like the people. They are very friendly. I have lots of families come into the store. It's nice.
