Hunt for pony

24/07/2008 4:00:00 AM
Police are on the lookout for a grey Welsh pony which was stolen from an Inglis holding yard in Edward Street last Wednesday night after the fortnightly horse sales.

The pony had been sold for $550 and was waiting for its new owner to collect it.

The pony was 13 hands high with a blaze down its face and white stockings on all four legs.

It had been microchipped, police said.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the pony should call Camden police station on 46550599 or Camden's rural crime officer Detective Senior Constable Craig McVey on 46778924.
